This weekend, I decided to take a stab at canning. With my mother's help (okay, she basically did most of the work), we canned 10 pounds of chicken!
Here they are ready to go in:

Inside canner ready to be cooked:

Finished project!

It was really easy, and pretty fun! We also made homemade refried bean, YUM!! A few weeks of food storage, check
! Now just need a house to store it in.
Which we have found!!!

This house is perfect! It is in San Tan Heights, has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and is 2,500 square feet. I am in love with the floor plan! It is perfect for us!
The only thing that is nerve-racking is that Eric's job will line up. He has been interviewing with Chase and M&I, and we should find out if one of them is a go this week!
Been busy with stuff. Praying everything works out!
